Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Recruiterto join our growing team in Pune. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to source top talent, manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing through social media, job portals, and other innovative channels, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead theend-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Develop and implementsourcing strategiesusing social media, job portals, networking events, and other innovative channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders tounderstand hiring needsand develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a smoothcandidate experiencethroughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and best practices intalent acquisitionto continuously enhance hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics to measure hiring effectiveness and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experiencein full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the technology or startup ecosystem.
  • 4 years of experience hiring for Salesforce.
  • Proven expertise insourcing through social media(LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.), job portals, and other creative methods.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability toinfluence and collaboratewith hiring managers and leadership.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience usingApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring fortechnical rolesin a startup environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in offer management.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
