Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across key functions, including editorial, sales, marketing, business and social media. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can partner closely with business leaders to attract top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategy
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Drive employer branding initiatives and improve talent attraction strategies
• Track and report key recruitment metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong experience hiring across non-tech and/or tech roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Preferred

• Experience hiring for media, startups, or digital-first companies
• Prior experience working in a high-growth environment
