We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across IT, Digital Marketing, HR, Creative, and Business Support functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions efficiently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Handle bulk and lateral hiring across multiple domains
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers accurately
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate closures
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Experience in IT, Non-IT, Digital Marketing, HR, Creative, or BPO hiring
Strong exposure to bulk hiring and quick closures
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and major job portals
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment
Exposure to hiring for domestic and international clients
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards
Strong networking and talent mapping skills
