Senior Recruiter

Role: Sr Recruiter Semiconductor / VLSI Hiring

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3+ years (must have hands-on Semiconductor / VLSI hiring)

Must-have domain exposure: RTL, DFT, Physical Design (PD/STA), Verification/Validation, Embedded/Firmware, Analog/AMS, EDA tools, UVM, ATPG etc.

Key expectations

• Own end-to-end hiring for niche semiconductor roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery against SLAs (TAT, quality submissions, interviewoffer ratios).
• Proactive sourcing from LinkedIn, Naukri, technical communities, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Provide daily status updates until closure.
