Our client is a fast-growing UK-based startup specializing in sourcing, vetting, placing, and managing high-quality offshore developers for international clients. The company is in its early growth phase, offering a genuine opportunity to help build and scale operations from the ground up.
As Senior Recruiter Operations Lead, you will own the complete operational backbone of the recruitment and placement engine. This is a senior, hands-on role covering job specification management, candidate sourcing and vetting, onboarding, compliance, first three months success tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation within a structured, process-driven environment.
This role is fully remote and requires alignment with UK business hours.

Occasional flexibility for urgent client calls
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end global employment and compliance processes including requisitions, onboarding, payroll funding, device provisioning, and contract generation
Lead internal candidate sourcing including job postings, application filtering, assessments, interviews, and shortlist preparation
Format, review, finalize, and maintain detailed job specifications with version control
Coordinate all scheduling including interviews, onboarding calls, and reminders
Collect and follow up on post-interview feedback from clients and candidates
Extend and negotiate offers including salary, start date, and benefits
Execute full onboarding including payroll setup, equipment provisioning, and documentation
Manage the first three months of each placement with structured check-ins and issue escalation
Own invoicing and financial workflows including billing, reconciliation, and overdue follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM and deal-tracking records across all placements
Identify risks, suggest process improvements, and support placement health reviews
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
7+ years senior-level experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition operations
Hands-on experience with global employment or EOR platforms
Strong CRM proficiency for deal, contact, and financial tracking
Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms
Experience with invoicing and basic accounting tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to manage multiple placements in a fast-moving startup environment
Ability to work UK business hours remotely
Prior experience in technical or developer recruitment is highly desirable
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and escalation skills
