Recruiter- Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Hire across diverse roles faculty, designers, animators, IT staff, counsellors, sales, and support roles

Reduce hiring turnaround time through efficient sourcing and interview coordination.

Maintain structured documentation: JD creation, candidate trackers, MIS reports,

Required Skills

Strong sourcing skills using job portals, Boolean search, social hiring

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to handle pressure, multi-tasking, and target-oriented work culture

Should be comfortable calling for 5 hours per day towards recruitment lead generation

LANGUAGE - BENGALI MANDATORY. SPOKEN HINDI AND ENGLISH PREFERRED.

JOB LOCATION - TOPSIA - KOLKATA (WORK ON SITE )

WORK TIMINGS - 10 AM - 7 PM (MONDAY - SATURDAY )

SALARY - upto 20,000 per month plus incentives
