Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Senior Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring quality hiring. In addition, the role will support onboarding and new hire documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill expectations, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, vendors, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure quality shortlisting.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions professionally.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers / ATS updates and provide regular hiring status reports to HR and leadership.
- Support onboarding activities including coordination of joining formalities and communication with new hires.
- Manage new hire documentation including offer acceptance documents, ID proofs, educational certificates, and other required records.
- Coordinate and track Background Verification (BGV) process and ensure timely closure of verification.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment and onboarding policies, process adherence, and documentation accuracy.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles and future hiring needs.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (lateral hiring / bulk hiring as applicable).
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work independently.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, CV submission ratio, interview conversion, offer-to-join ratio, and time-to-fill.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Exposure to ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of onboarding documentation and background verification coordination is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate.
- 3–4 years of relevant recruitment experience.

- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver closures as per targets.
