Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior Recruiter) On-site, India
About The Opportunity
We are hiring a proactive Senior Recruiter to own high-impact hiring for technical and business functions. You will lead fullcycle talent acquisition, partner with hiring leaders, and elevate sourcing and selection quality while driving hiring KPIs in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned portfolios: intake, sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination for mid-to-senior roles.
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Naukri, niche communities, GitHub/Stack Overflow) to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managersset expectations, refine job profiles, and deliver regular hiring-scorecard updates against SLAs.
- Operate and optimise Applicant Tracking System workflows, manage candidate data hygiene, and produce recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion).
- Run structured interviews and assessment frameworks; recommend selection decisions and lead data-driven offer strategies to close top talent.
- Mentor junior recruiters, contribute to employerbrand outreach, and support campus/volume hiring drives when required.
