Job Description

US Leadership Hiring Executive

We are seeking someone to join our US and International leadership hiring team. You will be the strategic architect of our executive search practice for the United States & other International Geographies. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen leadership pipelines and deliver high-impact outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Executive Search: Manage the full lifecycle of leadership recruitment (Director, VP, and C-suite levels) across various functions.

Strategic Sourcing: Move beyond traditional job boards to leverage high-level networking, industry mapping, and competitive intelligence to find passive top-tier talent.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a white-glove experience for all high-level candidates, maintaining discretion, professionalism, and clear communication throughout the process.

Market Mapping: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide leadership with insights on the external talent landscape and competitor movements.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of US employment laws, visa (H1-B, O-1), and regional compensation trends.

Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on executive search or leadership hiring.

Network: A proven track record of building and maintaining a network of senior professionals.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and persuade high-level stakeholders.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to track hiring metrics and improve search efficiency.

Discretion: Absolute integrity and the ability to handle confidential information regarding company strategy and executive compensation.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
