Ideally, you'll:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work on C-level searches, engage with senior candidates globally, and are comfortable driving a recruitment process
• Identify, calibrate and prioritise potential candidates through internal firm network, external resources and market outreach
• Hire and develop a team of recruiters that can support Alcott globally out of Romania
• Manage and build the team throughout the search processes to drive strategy and client solutions

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of work experience in a human capital consulting/management consulting environment
• Superior project management abilities and initiative to lead assignments with minimal guidance
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
• Highly results-oriented and able to work well with team members across the firm
• Highly motivated problem-solvers who possess intellectual curiosity, a readiness to tackle challenges and qualitative analytical skills
