Role Summary
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard qualified candidates across departments. This role will collaborate with the HR Manager and department heads to ensure timely hiring, strong candidate pipelines, and a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand hiring needs by collaborating with HR Manager and department heads.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process — negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Manpower Planning & Forecasting
- Support HR Manager in planning workforce requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and weekly hiring reports.
- Build a candidate pipeline for recurring or urgent roles.
3. Employer Branding & Networking
- Contribute to employer branding through social media and outreach.
- Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and networking events.
- Draft creative and engaging job postings.
4. Process & Compliance
- Follow standard recruitment procedures and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Ensure compliance with company and labor laws during recruitment.
5. Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding schedules.
- Facilitate smooth handover to HR operations for induction.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in [education / training / service] industry preferred.
