Senior Real Estate Photo Editor & Team Lead (AI Photo Editing)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Real Estate Photo Editor & Team Lead (AI Photo Editing) to spearhead a dedicated, permanent editing team for an innovative AI-powered photo editing company. In this role, you will lead a team of about five editors, setting the benchmark for quality by performing precise editing, particularly on real estate photography used to train advanced AI models. As the client's primary point of contact, you will conduct thorough quality reviews to catch inconsistencies early, manage daily output targets, and streamline the client's QA workflow. This unique position offers a balanced blend of hands-on photo editing, quality assurance, and team leadership in a stable, long-term remote environment.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday - 8 hours per day (GMT +2)

Responsibilities

• Edit images to the same precise standard as the team while also reviewing editors work
• Follow exact instructions to edit images without changing anything else on the image except what is required - to train their AI model
• Review edited images before they reach the client to catch mistakes and consistency issues
• Make sure every team member reaches the required daily output
• Act as the client's main point of contact so the client does not need to chase individual editors
• Give clear feedback to editors who drift from the exact editing instructions
• Reduce the client's QA workload and speed up the QA process

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of photo editing, with real estate photography experience
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom (both preferred) - licences for both preferred
• Strong eye for detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Ability to lead and support a small team of editors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable for team output

Nice-to-have:

• Bonus if you have prior experience reviewing or quality-checking other editors work
• It helps if you have experience tracking daily output targets or KPIs for a team
• Bonus if you are comfortable working with shared Google Drive folders for file handoffs
