Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing property management and lease administration, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and managing relationships with property stakeholders. Responsibilities include negotiating and renewing leases, conducting property inspections, and evaluating commercial real estate opportunities to ensure optimal utilization and return on investment. The Senior Real Estate Manager will also need to manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and provide strategic input on real estate investments and decisions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Comprehensive knowledge of Leases and Real Estate regulations
• Experience in handling Commercial Real Estate transactions and portfolio management
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage lease agreements effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
• Competence in financial analysis and budget management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance
• Professional certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage
• Prior experience in managing large or complex real estate portfolios is preferred
