10+ years of experience in UI development with a focus on React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools and technologies.
Experience building and maintaining largescale web applications and user portals with complex data interactions.
Indepth knowledge of React and Redux, along with strong UI component design and state management skills.
Experience working with Camunda or similar workflow engines, including integrating business process management BPM systems into web applications.
Familiarity with Java-based platforms and backend integration, including REST APIs and web services.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control (Git).
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, and experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization tools
Ability to lead a team, provide mentorship, and drive technical direction.Lead the development and maintenance of responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Redux, and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross functional team product backend design to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Architect and build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components for large-scale applications.
Work closely with the backend team to integrate and optimize Camunda-based workflows and Java platform services into the UI layer
Participate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting to deliver a smooth user experience.
Stay up to date with emerging UIUX trends, tools, and technologies, particularly around React and Java-based systems.
Mentor and guide junior developers, helping to improve coding standards, practices, and team productivity.
