Role Overview-
We are looking for an experienced Front-end Developer with expertise in the (React, Next.js, Node.js) stack to join our team. The Front-end Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for web applications using modern web technologies, particularly React and related libraries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end development using the MERN stack and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly web applications that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications using React and Next.Js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end developers, to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Develop responsive web applications that are optimized for performance and deliver seamless user experiences across different devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end defects and issues, and optimize performance of web applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, and recommend best practices to improve software development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, and provide technical expertise to assist in decision-making processes.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Front-end Developer, with expertise in the React and Next.Js with Tailwind CSS, GSAP.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Next.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, and related libraries or frameworks.
- Experience in authentication and authorization, guards mechanisms, and API integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other front-end libraries or frameworks, such as Vue.js or Angular.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly web applications.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience in developing mobile-first web applications.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools for front-end development.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools for front-end development.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for web applications.
