We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior React / Java Developer who will play a key role in modernizing and evolving our mission-critical logistics applications. In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering high-quality, user-centric front-end solutions using React, while contributing to backend services where needed.

You will lead UI/UX-driven development initiatives, participate in architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with customers to build scalable, maintainable, and modern applications. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and actively contribute to improving engineering standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own complex development requests end-to-end, with a strong focus on front-end design and implementation using React.
• Lead the technical design of modern, responsive, and performant user interfaces and contribute to front-end architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain reusable, scalable front-end components and libraries.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (Java/Spring Boot).
• Analyze and resolve complex defects, ensuring high-quality and user-focused solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and propose effective technical solutions.
• Produce technical analysis and feasibility documents to support planning and estimation.
• Drive modernization efforts by transforming legacy systems into modern web-based architectures (React-based UI).
• Act as a technical reference for front-end development; mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
