Senior RD Product Manager I

Job Expectations:

• Develop and drive UI strategy and technology around acquisition, onboarding, and optimizing the end user experience
• Partner with an engineering team to autonomously deliver from requirement to validation
• Interface with customers and conduct user research to understand their needs and distill that down to a prioritized set of actionable items for the engineering teams to tackle
• Identify growth initiatives, synthesize trends in the ecosystem and couple these with o9 s ability to build innovative products
• Work cross functionally with a variety of teams including Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success and Presales
• Help to summarize and analyze findings from user research and customer behavior patterns and create actionable plans to optimize a localized experience for our global customers
• Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors

Knowledge & Skills:-

• Strong understanding of UI requirements
• 6-10 years in Product related work within a technology company
• Experience working with product and engineering teams
• Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about how to simplify complex data sets into seamless user experiences
• Proven track record of delivering features which impact the acquisition, growth, and retention of a user base
• Experience working with external stakeholders & partner
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent written/verbal communication and must work well with others
