Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an RCM Operations Manager located in Chennai.

The RCM Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end processes of revenue cycle management, including monitoring billing, coding, collections, and denials.

The role involves leading and mentoring teams to achieve operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and preparing performance reports.

Additionally, the RCM Operations Manager will work closely with stakeholders to optimize workflows, achieve financial targets, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of RCM processes, including medical billing, coding, accounts receivable management, collections, and claims processing
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including mentoring, training, and fostering collaboration
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory guidelines, and insurance processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in RCM and billing software systems, as well as familiarity with MS Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications in RCM or healthcare are a plus)
  • Experience in RCM operations with a history of delivering results in healthcare services
