Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate radiology projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with radiologists, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and regular updates.
• Support process improvement and ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in radiology, teleradiology, healthcare operations, or project coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of radiology workflows and healthcare operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.
