Senior R&D Mechanical Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior R&D Mechanical Engineer located in Bengaluru. The role involves leading research and development efforts, designing and testing new products, and improving existing product lines. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, performing analyses, developing materials and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. The engineer will also ensure products meet technical and performance standards.

• Expertise in Analytical Skills and problem-solving methodologies
• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and Research techniques
• Experience in Testing and evaluation processes for product performance
• Proven track record in Product Development and conceptualization
• Excellent project management and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry is a plus
