Your role and responsibilities

In this In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing project outcomes related to technology, software, product, and solution development, along with relevant Intellectual Property (IP).y, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. The work model for the role is: #L1-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Business in System Drives in Bangalore, India You will be mainly accountable for: .Architecture, Design and development of software tools and solutions. .Collaborate with global/local R&D and product management teams to develop high-quality engineering, tools, and solutions of Architecture, design documents, technical specifications, and test cases in line with quality systems design and architecture concepts. .Strong collaboration within R&D community and alignment with agile software development principles. .Emphasize a resolute focus on advancing the quality culture in ABB R&D to take to explore new opportunities, share discoveries and failures in the team & Mindset towards innovative thinking and challenging the current situations.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's / master's degree in Electronics, Computer science or related field with 6 to 8 years of experience in C#, .Net, WPF, OOPS.
• Extensive experience in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) development, event-driven programming, TPL (Task Parallel Library), knowledge of logging, design patterns, and file system operations. Experience on Nunit test, XUnit, Jest, vue test utils, Enzyme, Mocha.
• Good understanding of Vue.js, React.js(16 version desirable) or Angular.
• Knowledge of State Management - Vuex or Pinia.
• Knowledge of handling REST APIs, familiarity with Axios or Fetch API for making HTTP requests & Knowledge of scripting via Javascript, typescript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in working in Agile teams and proficient understanding of agile ways of working & Experience about CI/CD processes, Jenkins or equivalent tool.
