Job Description
- Lead to develop innovative products and solutions.
- Oversee all phases of product development – concept, design, prototyping, testing, and final production.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and QA teams to complete the product development cycle.
- Prepare NPD documents such as BOM, 3D modelling, Mechanical drawings etc.and ISO requirements
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage timelines and resources efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools, materials, and technologies into product development.
- Use in-house fabrication facility effectively.
