Senior Quantity Surveyor - 5 to 7 Years Experience

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Bengaluru. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong understanding of cost planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is a plus
• Candidates need to work in interior fit-out F&B Projects
