*Location: Egmore, Chennai*

We seek an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for residential projects.

• Salary:* Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 70,000 per month
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage tendering, procurement, and contract administration
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project reports
• Ensure cost control and value engineering
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 10-12 years of experience in residential projects
• Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and contract management
• Proficiency in QS software and MS Office
  
  

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.
