Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine accurate cost estimates.
  • Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project scope and drawings.
  • Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure expenses stay within the approved budget.
  • Track material consumption and site expenses regularly.
  • Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier bills for payment processing.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, and commercial reports.
  • Handle contract administration and variation orders.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and project financial statements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors during project execution
