Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or related field.

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder engagements.
- Detail-oriented and deeply organized.
- Adept in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience- 8-10 years preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
