Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Vidisha. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and managing project budgets and financial reports. The role also includes tasks such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), overseeing cost planning and cost control measures, and providing detailed cost reporting to ensure projects remain within budget. Collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient financial planning is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proven expertise in preparing and managing BOQs
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Excellent analytical and numerical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools related to quantity surveying and cost management
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., RICS, CIQS) are an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
