This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Manager Automotive, located in Jaipur. Key responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing quality assurance strategies to maintain product excellence. The Senior Quality Manager will lead audits, manage quality teams, and track performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in conducting audits, managing troubleshooting processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO/TS 16949 standards.
• Experience in the automotive industry, including handling precision components and manufacturing processes.
• Leadership capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail in order to lead quality teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to interact with teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience working with international clients or exporting markets is beneficial.
