Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Engineer at our facility located in Umargam. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving product quality by conducting quality assurance, quality control, and compliance to established standards. Key tasks include implementing quality management practices, performing inspections, analyzing quality data, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure optimal quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and standards compliance
- Strong understanding of Product Quality concepts and methodologies
- Ability to analyze data, identify quality issues, and recommend solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is preferred
- Educational background shall B.E./B.Tech. from Mechanical or relvant field.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO-9001:2015 requirements, conducting the internal audits and ensuring audit compliance.
- Can handle the External Audit of ISO-9001:2015.
- Ensure all quality processes and criteria are met and followed.
- Capable of closing the NCs and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and make documents requried during customer audits, TPI and external inspections.
- Hadle TPI during customer audits/agency inspections and prepare the required documents for the same.
- Coordinate with TPI agencies and ensure smooth inspection.
- Incoming and inprocess inspection to maintain the quality.
- Experince in new company registration and goverment portals.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments, callibration control, fabrication drawings and specification.
