Senior Quality Engineer (SQE)
Location: Rajkot
Working Days: 6 Days
Interview Mode:

- For Pune-based candidates, interviews will be conducted Face-to-Face (F2F)
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in Supplier Quality Development within a manufacturing environment
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Expertise in at least one of the following commodities:
- Metal Casting
- Welding
- Stamping
- Plastic Molding
- Electronics
- Complex Assembly
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (Internal Auditor qualification preferred)
- Experience conducting audits
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Exposure to Vehicle Launch Process will be an added advantage
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of automotive core quality tools:
- APQP
- PPAP
- FMEA
- Control Plan
- 8D Problem Solving
- SPC
- MSA
- Experience in auditing processes/systems as per IATF 16949, VDA 6.1/6.3, or OEM-specific standards
- Knowledge of capacity assessment and constraint management
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor teams
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization structure
