Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Quality Engineer role based in Haridwar. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring high standards of product quality, managing quality control processes, conducting quality assurance activities, and maintaining compliance with industry and organizational quality guidelines. The individual will be actively involved in overseeing quality management systems, implementing strategies to improve product quality, and collaborating with various departments to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Control processes
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and ensuring Product Quality standards
- Expertise in Quality Management and maintaining effective quality systems
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry is preferred
