Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior IAM Tester based in Chennai. The Senior IAM Tester will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) testing activities. This includes analyzing requirements, creating detailed test plans, performing functional and security testing, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality IAM implementations. The role involves identifying defects, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IAM testing, including expertise in authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of test planning, test case creation, and test execution processes
- Experience with security testing, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment
- Knowledge of IAM tools, protocols, and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and Active Directory
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and addressing defects
- Proven ability to collaborate with developers, security teams, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance testing for IAM solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISA are a plus
