Job Title: QA Tester (Manual Testing – Web Applications)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with a strong background in manual testing of web applications to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing modern web-based systems, working within Azure DevOps, and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders. Healthcare domain knowledge is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilitie

s• Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing for web-based application

s• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create clear and comprehensive test case

s• Execute test cases and document results, defects, and risks with a high level of accurac

y• Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps (work items, bugs, test plans

)• Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce issues, clarify expected behavior, and validate fixe

s• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective

s• Validate application behavior across browsers and environment

s• Ensure testing activities align with quality standards, processes, and timeline

s• Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users as neede
