Senior Quality Assurance Manager

WE ARE HIRING | QUALITY MANAGER – STEEL INDUSTRY

Location: Ararat, Armenia

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically sound Quality Manager to join a steel manufacturing facility in Ararat, Armenia.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.

Experience & Skills Required

• Extensive experience in Quality Management within the steel manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, metallurgy, and quality control.
• Experience in testing and inspection of steel products, including chemical composition and mechanical properties.
• Expertise in quality assurance, process control, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Familiarity with relevant steel quality standards, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
• Ability to lead and develop a quality team and ensure consistent product quality.
• Experience in TMT reinforcement bars and rolling mill operations would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) function.
• Ensure compliance with applicable product standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor production quality, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, laboratory, and technical teams to improve product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and minimize rejection, rework, and quality-related losses.
