Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves leading and overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, managing a team of QA professionals, and driving continuous process improvements. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will also coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure product quality and safety while addressing any non-conformance issues effectively. Should have advance knowledge of International Quality standards and Certifications..

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting.
• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Familiarity with Mechanical fabrication and Fan industry quality control standards is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's is preferred).
• At least 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
