Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahadurgarh. This position is responsible for leading the quality function, defining and implementing quality standards, and ensuring that RF and microwave sub-assemblies consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality management systems, planning and overseeing inspections and tests, analyzing quality data, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and support audits and customer reviews. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will also mentor and guide quality staff, establish best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications

• Strong background in quality management, including experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), documentation control, and internal and external audits.
• Expertise in inspection and testing methods, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and data-driven problem-solving.
• Relevant experience in RF, microwave, electronics manufacturing, or closely related engineering domains, preferably within defense or space sectors.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements applicable to defense and space components, and experience ensuring compliance.
• Proven leadership skills, including team management, coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related field) or a comparable technical discipline; advanced certifications in quality (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO-related training) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bahadurgarh, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of quality outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
