What You'll Do:
- Define and driveQA strategy, standards, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing QA team
- Champion aquality-first cultureacross teams
- Track and improve KPIs likedefect leakage, coverage, and test stability
- Drive continuous improvement viaRCA and retrospectives
- Design and executerobust test plans & exploratory testing
- Performrisk-based testingacross functional, regression, and UAT phases
- Ensureend-to-end feature validation, including edge and negative scenarios
- Leaddefect triage and resolutionwith engineering teams
- Architect scalableUI, API, and performance automation frameworks
- Promote anautomation-first mindsetwith measurable coverage goals
- Integrate test suites intoCI/CD pipelines(Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Ensureclean, maintainable automation codethrough reviews and reusable libraries
- Evaluate and implement moderntesting tools and frameworks
- LeverageAI-powered tools(Testim, Mabl, etc.) for faster test creation and maintenance
- UseLLMs and prompt engineeringfor test generation and log analysis
- ValidateAI/ML systemsfor accuracy, bias, and edge cases
- Drive adoption ofnext-gen AI testing practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years in QA, with3+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise inmanual + automation testing
- Hands-on with tools likeSelenium, Playwright, Rest Assured
- Proficiency inJava, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience withCI/CD integration
- Familiarity withAI-assisted testing tools
- Solid understanding ofAgile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills with abusiness-first mindset
Nice to have skills:
- Experience withAI/ML product testing
- Performance testing tools (k6, JMeter, Gatling)
- Knowledge ofOWASP Top 10 security testing
- Background infintech
