Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Technical Skills: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing Basic knowledge of SQL Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UI/UX, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Analyze business and system requirements and ensure traceability to test scenarios and scripts Identify, document, and report bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables Utilize AI-powered tools for test case generation and optimization, intelligent defect analysis and prioritization, and improving automation efficiency (e.g., self-healing scripts) Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner Continuously monitor and optimize QA processes for better efficiency Create and maintain clear test documentation and provide test progress/status reports Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Additional Skills: Knowledge of implementing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc., is not mandatory but will be given preference
