Details about the role 

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to ensure high-quality delivery of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing fundamentals, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to independently own QA delivery across multiple projects.

What You'll Do 

• Own end-to-end QA delivery for web and mobile applications
• Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts
• Create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing
• Conduct API testing and backend data validation
• Log, track, and validate defects through resolution
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams
• Participate in sprint planning, release validation, and UAT support
• Mentor junior QA engineers and guide QA best practices

What You Bring 

• Strong experience in Web Application Testing
• Experience testing CMS platforms and E-commerce applications
• Exposure to Mobile Application Testing
• Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr
• Experience mentoring junior QA engineers
• Experience handling multiple projects independently

Qualifications 

•  5–7 years of experience in software testing (Manual + Automation)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on automation experience
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer
• Experience in API testing using Postman or REST Assured
• Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA processes
• Good knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to CI/CD and automation frameworks is a must
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
