Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Performance Testing.
• Create and execute automated test scripts to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Build and maintain API automation suites for backend and microservices validation.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, test design, execution, and defect management.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and release testing activities.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Drive quality engineering best practices and continuous process improvements.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity, test development, and code quality.
• Take ownership of quality deliverables and support successful production releases.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks
• Experience working in Agile product development environments

Technical Skill

• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java (Mandatory)
• Good understanding of Java Web technologies and fundamentals
• Experience with Python and/or Shell Scripting
• Selenium WebDriver (Selenium 3 & 4). TestNG. Cucumber (BDD Framework). Rest Assured. Karate Framework. Performance Testing Frameworks. Gatling

API Testing

• REST API Testing
• API Automation using Rest Assured and/or Karate
• Postman

Database Technologie

• Strong SQL expertise
