Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Role: QA Automation Engineer

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore, India

Work Type: Onsite

Minimum experience required is 8+ Years

The client is looking for strong QA Automation candidates with hands-on experience in test automation and modern testing frameworks.

Key expectations:

• Strong experience in QA Automation testing
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience writing and executing automated test cases
• Knowledge of regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Strong debugging and defect tracking skills
• Experience using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
• Database testing and SQL knowledge preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with developers and business teams
