Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with 7+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in test automation and 1+ year of building and delivering scalable automation frameworks at speed.
In this role, you will champion testing best practices, drive high test automation coverage, and contribute to delivering high-quality software products through robust automation frameworks. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate automated testing into modern CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery processes.
You must be a self-starter, delivery-focused, detail-oriented, and possess a broad range of technical skills with a strong passion for software quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do
- Define, refine, and implement test automation best practices, advocating optimal automation strategies across teams
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, scripts, and test data suites using appropriate tools and technologies
- Promote testable code practices and drive maximum test coverage across delivery teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Enable fast and accurate feedback loops between testing and development teams
- Identify, document, and report defects clearly with appropriate impact-based prioritization
- Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to:
- Refine and prioritize backlog items
- Provide accurate effort estimates for sprint testing and automation
- Maintain and optimize automated test suites over time
- Support in-sprint testing, integration testing, and exploratory testing activities
What You Will BringCore Competencies
- Strong passion for software quality, shift-left testing, and reducing feedback cycles

- Proven experience in framework design and implementation
- Solid exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration

- Experience working in cloud-based environments, including testing and deployment
- Exposure to non-functional testing techniques (performance, security, reliability, etc.)
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
- Experience working within Scrum teams, contributing to sprint-level testing and automation
- High adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to continuously evolve
Technical Skills Required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building automation suites and test data frameworks for:
- Web applications
- Mobile applications
- Cloud-based platforms
- Strong proficiency with automation tools and frameworks such as:
- Selenium

- Programming and scripting experience with JavaScript and related ecosystems
- Experience integrating automation with tools and platforms including:
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
