Senior QA Automation Engineer

Remote and Need to work EST hours

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement test automation for voice/NLP-based features using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.

Collaborate closely with project managers and delivery engineering teams to validate AI outputs and system behavior to ensure quality coverage

Integrate tests into CI/CD workflows for continuous validation and fast feedback.

Execute performance, security, and exploratory testing where needed.

Validate real-world, end-user delivery scenarios through transcripts, speech samples, and real-world user flows.

Ideal Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

8+ years in QA or test automation, including 2+ years testing AI/ML/NLP systems.

Hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript, Java, and SQL.

Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and API testing using Postman or equivalent.

Skilled in Git, Jenkins, GitLab Bamboo, GitHub, CI/CD, and testing in cloud and microservices environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, scalable test automation architecture and agentic AI agent-based systems.
