This role plays a key part in driving data-led quality management and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic operational environment. You will be responsible for transforming complex quality and performance data into actionable insights that support decision-making and process optimization. The position involves working across multiple stakeholders to analyze complaints, audits, CAPAs, and supplier quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. You will contribute directly to enhancing product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through structured analysis and reporting. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also participate in supplier audits and quality improvement programs, helping strengthen overall quality governance and compliance standards. Accountabilities
- Collect, structure, and analyze quality-related data from complaints, customer feedback, CAPAs, audits, and supplier reports
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and performance reports to monitor quality trends and operational effectiveness
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities through workflow and data analysis
- Support quality improvement initiatives including supplier audits and cross-functional projects
- Apply statistical methods to evaluate quality outcomes and determine significance of findings
- Translate business requirements into data models, reports, and actionable insights
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
- Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory standards, and quality management frameworks
- Conduct regular data validation, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Quality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business, quality, or performance analysis roles
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and visualization is required
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods
- Experience with quality management principles, audits, and process improvement frameworks
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience in medical device or regulated industries is highly preferred
