Senior Quality Analyst

Define and apply a sampling approach or methodology to perform daily quality checks and audits.

Create and update quality control (QC) checklists that list critical and non-critical steps for each process.

Conduct weekly error workshops with operations team members to prevent recurring errors.

Assist Team Managers in creating action plans to identify and prevent chronic errors.

Conduct internal calibration sessions to bridge process gaps and improve overall process efficiency.

Report daily, weekly, and monthly quality metrics to all relevant stakeholders.

Identify trends, top errors, and business queries, and address root causes by formulating Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Suggest improvements and implement Kaizen or other process improvement initiatives.
