We are seeking a Senior QC Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Oversee the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff members.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in quality control management.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software (e.g., Minitab, QC tools).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
