Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jatani for a Senior QA/QC Engineer. Responsibilities include managing quality assurance and control for construction projects, supervising inspections, developing quality standards, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements. The role will also involve coordinating with project teams, conducting site visits, and preparing regular quality status reports to ensure that projects meet the required standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, including compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Proficiency in conducting inspections, audits, and resolving project-related quality concerns
• Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and cross-functional team coordination
• Experience in preparing reports and documentation related to QA/QC standards and project progress
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, project management, and quality management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field
• At least 5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or real estate industry preferred
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality projects
