Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing
expertise and a good exposure in automation as well. The ideal candidate will have experience
working in complex business domains, contributing to high-quality software delivery through modern testing practices and tools.
Key requirements
- Proven experience as a senior manual engineer
- Strong product/domain knowledge and understanding with ability to explain workflows,
- business processes, and project functionality clearly.
- Primarily manual QA, but with automation exposure.
- Ability to work with complex business domains.
- Experience implementing Al-powered testing tools and methodologies within the SDLC
- Self-motivated, individual contributor, and a good team player as well.
- Good experience in mentoring / leading a team of qa's.
- Strong communication and detailed answering capability.
Nice to have
- Experience with Xray.
- Experience working on HCM products.
