We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing

expertise and a good exposure in automation as well. The ideal candidate will have experience

working in complex business domains, contributing to high-quality software delivery through modern testing practices and tools.

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a senior manual engineer
• Strong product/domain knowledge and understanding with ability to explain workflows,
• business processes, and project functionality clearly.
• Primarily manual QA, but with automation exposure.
• Ability to work with complex business domains.
• Experience implementing Al-powered testing tools and methodologies within the SDLC
• Self-motivated, individual contributor, and a good team player as well.
• Good experience in mentoring / leading a team of qa's.
• Strong communication and detailed answering capability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Xray.
• Experience working on HCM products.
