Senior QA Manager

Job Overview

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality from design to post-production.
• Perform internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and oversee testing processes, including both automated and manual testing.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead efforts to implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality assurance methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Certification such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or equivalent is preferred.
