We're Hiring: Senior QA Manager (AI-Driven Testing Transformation)
We're looking for a seasoned Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance organization and drive the next evolution of testing through AI-powered innovation.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across manual, automation, performance, and security testing
- Lead the shift to Intelligent QA, leveraging GenAI and agentic frameworks for autonomous testing
- Embed QA deeply into the SDLC with strong Shift Left practices
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing QA team
- Establish KPIs and quality metrics to provide clear visibility to leadership
- Evaluate and implement best-in-class QA tools and platforms
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years in QA Engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in manual and automated testing (Web, Mobile, API)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Java, TestNG, Playwright, or Pytest
- Experience (or strong vision) for applying LLMs and Agentic AI in QA
- Solid understanding of Agile and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
